You do not have to rely on someone else to interpret your own business back to you.
Integrative CFO is not built to keep owners reliant on outside interpretation. It is built to translate financial complexity into something you can actually use.
“Integrative” reflects the belief that the financial side and the way a business is led cannot be separated. That means less confusion, less unnecessary outsourcing, and less distance between you and one of the most important parts of your business. The goal is not to impress you with complexity. Our mission is to make the financial side of your business usable in every day decisions and operations.
Our Story
Meet Natalie
Natalie is a licensed CPA with 27 years of experience in accounting and CFO consulting. She has spent her career inside the financial decisions that determine whether a business operates with confidence or under strain.
She built Integrative CFO because the pattern kept repeating: capable owners ready to understand their numbers, met by a financial industry that profits from owner dependency, instead of teaching and guiding. Natalie firmly believes that business owners can, and actually want to, learn the financial details of the business they built so they can stay in control, and have information on their timeline.
Meet Darrell
Darrell, an Instructional Designer, brings 20+ years in education, curriculum design, and adult-learning architecture. His work has centered on the difference between information delivered and knowledge applied.
He builds the instructional architecture behind every Integrative CFO course, ensuring financial frameworks transfer cleanly from teaching into practice and the experience respects the intelligence of the business owner working through them. That architecture is what turns expertise into something usable and operational at the moment a decision needs to be made, not just fancy theory.
