SEE IT
Set up your system, understand the 13-week view, and map the cash expected to come into and go out of your business.
MASTER YOUR CASH
Your business can be profitable and still leave you wondering where the hell the money went.
For 30 days, we’re going to change that.
You’ll build a clear view of the cash your business has coming in, what it needs to pay, where things could get tight, and what deserves your attention before it becomes urgent.
Not so you can spend more time managing spreadsheets.
So you can make the decision, get on with running your business, and live your life.
The Part Nobody Sees
The workday is technically over.
Your brain doesn’t give a shit.
You’re thinking about what’s in the bank. Who still owes you. What’s due this week. Payroll. The expense you forgot about until just now.
And every decision becomes a little financial negotiation with yourself.
Maybe your reports say you’re profitable.
Maybe revenue is growing.
Maybe everyone around you is telling you the business is doing great.
But there’s still one question you can’t quite answer:
The Bank-Balance Problem
Neither can revenue.
Neither can profit.
Not by themselves.
Because the $100,000 sitting in the bank today isn’t necessarily $100,000 available to use.
And some of the money you’re counting on may still be sitting in somebody else’s bank account because they haven’t paid you yet.
That’s a very different question.
And answering it requires looking ahead.
So the useful question isn’t only:
How much money do I have? It’s:
What does this money need to do next? This Is Where Things Change
During Master Your Cash, you’ll build a rolling 13-week view of your actual business cash.
Why 13 weeks?
Because we’re not trying to predict your business three years from now.
We’re trying to see far enough ahead to do something with what we find.
You’re no longer trying to remember seventeen things while staring at today’s bank balance.
You can see what’s happening.
You can see what’s coming.
And you can decide what to do next.
The 30-Day Journey
The tracker gives you somewhere to see the information.
I want to teach you what the information means.
Because a beautiful spreadsheet you don’t understand is just another damn spreadsheet.
Over 30 days, we’ll move through four stages.
Set up your system, understand the 13-week view, and map the cash expected to come into and go out of your business.
We’ll look at receivables, payment timing, runway and tighter cash periods so you begin recognizing what deserves your attention.
You’ll calculate a reserve based on your business, understand what it’s there to protect, and learn how to build toward it while still operating the company.
You’ll look for patterns, reconcile what you’re seeing, establish clearer policies, find cash leaks and build a rhythm you can actually keep using.
Pricing Bonus
Because managing the cash you have is only part of the equation.
What comes in matters, too.
As a bonus, we’ll look at the relationship between pricing and cash, the three things behind a solid price, and how a written pricing policy can help you make pricing decisions with more intention.
This isn’t a promise that we’re going to solve every pricing problem in 30 days.
It’s about understanding that what you charge has consequences throughout the business.
Why I’m Teaching This
I’m Natalie.
I’m a CPA with 27 years of experience, and I’ve spent a lot of those years watching capable business owners hand over more financial understanding than they ever needed to.
Hire the accountant.
Hire the bookkeeper.
Hire the tax professional.
Get help where help makes sense.
But here’s where I draw the line:
You can outsource financial tasks.
You cannot outsource financial understanding.
Nobody needs you to become your own CPA.
But you’re the owner.
You should understand enough to recognize when something deserves your attention, ask better questions, and participate in the decisions that affect your company.
That’s why Master Your Cash isn’t built around me looking at your numbers and telling you what to do.
I’m teaching you how to look.
The Whole Picture
And that’s one of the most important things 27 years in this work has taught me:
Business owners are constantly being given fragments of information.
I want you to start seeing the relationships.
To start asking:
Okay, but what happens to everything else?
That’s where better decisions begin.
What You’re Really Building
Yes, you’ll leave with your rolling 13-week cash tracker.
Yes, you’ll establish a reserve target for your business.
Yes, you’ll work on receivables, cash policies, cash leaks, pricing and an ongoing review rhythm.
But those aren’t the reason I care about this.
I care about what happens when something changes six weeks from now.
You know where to look.
You know what questions to ask.
You know what the numbers are telling you.
And even if you don’t immediately know the answer,
You know how to find it.
That’s a different relationship with your business.
The Human Side
Most people didn’t start a business because they dreamed of spending Sunday night worrying about Tuesday’s bank balance.
You started it for something.
I don’t know what freedom looks like for you.
And I don’t need to.
That’s your decision.
What I care about is whether the business you’re building is actually capable of supporting it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Master Your Cash is designed to help you understand what your cash is doing, what is coming next, and what deserves your attention.
You do not need to block off hours every day. The lessons are practical and manageable, with the real work happening as you apply what you are learning to your own business.
There are 22 weekday lessons across the 30-day Challenge, following the See It, Read It, Build It, Lead It framework in a clear, logical order.
The core lessons are scheduled for weekdays. Weekends give you room to catch up, review, or step away for a bit. The goal is more clarity and freedom, not one more thing to manage seven days a week.
No. You will work with your own numbers, but you are never required to share them with the group. You can ask questions without posting private financial details.
The live calls are recorded, so you can go back and watch them later. Missing a call will not keep you from moving through the Challenge.
No. You just need a computer and internet access. We provide the tracker, Challenge materials, and downloadable resources you need.
Good. Master Your Cash is not about replacing them. It is about helping you understand enough to ask better questions and participate confidently in the decisions that affect your business.
You will have access to a private community where you can ask questions and work through what you are seeing. Natalie will be active there, and live calls will also be recorded for you to watch later.
You will have access to the Challenge content and community for 60 days. Your tracker and downloadable tools are yours to keep.
If you change your mind before the Challenge begins on October 1, contact us before the start date for a refund. Once the Challenge begins and access has been provided, enrollment is non-refundable.
No. Every business is different. We give you the tools and understanding to make better-informed decisions, but we cannot guarantee a specific financial result.
