Natalie’s Story

With more than 25 years in accounting and over 15 years as a licensed CPA, Natalie has guided companies through every stage of growth. Through Integrative CFO, she combines technical expertise with emotional intelligence to help entrepreneurs make decisions that feel as good as they look on paper. Her specialty is translating complex financial data into practical, repeatable systems that turn stress into strategy and confusion into confident leadership.

Darrell’s Role

Darrell brings over 20 years in education, curriculum design, and leadership development. His strength lies in simplifying big concepts and building learning tools that actually stick. At Integrative CFO, he helps design the step-by-step frameworks and user experience behind each system, ensuring every product is approachable, teachable, and built to empower business owners at any stage.
